Roselane Health Center by Harborview is conveniently located to the Kennstone, Cobb, Paulding Hospitals and more. We are a preferred provider for Wellstar, and also accept referrals from other Atlanta-based hospital systems.

Roselane Health Center is perfect for all residents’ needs, ranging from simple assistance with daily living, short term rehabilitation to the most medically complex requirements, and features specialty units for each purpose.

In addition to 24-hour skilled nursing services, we offer medical staff 5 days per week. Our dedicated rehabilitation staff are in-house and employees of the center. Roselane Health Center is a nursing agency free environment.

We offer a host of amenities including spacious resident rooms, free salon services at our Esteem Salon and a first class dining experience. We are also proud of our outdoor covered patio space and other scenic outdoor spaces.

Roselane Health Center by Harborview uses individual care plans to help seniors with their long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation needs. It has specialized care tracks, including cardiac and respiratory care. We also provide Long-Term Care, Short-Term Rehabilitation & Therapy, 24-Hour Skilled Nursing, Medical / Pain Management, and On-Site Dialysis.
